By accessing or using Quibench ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Quibench provides an AI-powered CV formatting and editing service for recruitment professionals. The Service allows you to upload candidate CVs, apply formatting templates, and export standardized profiles.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• Use the Service to process CVs without proper consent from candidates
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase if unused
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Your Content: You retain all rights to CVs and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Our Service: Quibench, including its AI models, templates, and interface, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

When you upload CVs containing personal data of candidates, you act as the Data Controller. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary consent from candidates
• Ensuring lawful basis for processing under GDPR
• Complying with applicable data protection laws

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Accuracy of AI-generated formatting or content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
