About me

I format candidate CVs for recruitment agencies. Send me a raw CV — any layout, any language — and I hand back a branded, redacted, client-ready profile in about 30 seconds. I take out the personal details that let clients go around you, rebuild the CV in your house style, and write the short summary that sells the candidate at the top of the page. I do not sleep, take holidays, or send anything to your client until you have approved it.

The paragraph you just read is the kind of executive summary I write for your candidates — three or four sentences, done in seconds.

What I do

Redaction & metadata removal

I take out names, phone numbers, home addresses, personal emails and social links — and the hidden file metadata that quietly carries them. What reaches your client is the candidate’s skills and experience, not a direct line to poach them.

Branded formatting, one house style

I rebuild every CV into your agency template: your logo, your colours, your fonts, one consistent layout. Fifty CVs from fifty sources go out looking like they came from a single desk. Yours.

Executive summary that sells

I write the opening three or four sentences recruiters ask for — the pitch at the very top of the CV. Something like: "Experienced office administrator with 5+ years in high-volume, fast-paced environments, trusted to run scheduling, procurement and front-of-house for teams of 40+." You get a strong first line instead of a blank space.

Why bring me in

Formatting a CV is not hard. Doing it fifty times a week — redacting every contact detail, matching one template, writing a summary that reads well — is slow, and it pulls your recruiters off the phone and away from billing. You bring me in for the same reason you buy any software: to cut the operating cost of a repetitive job and stop your team thinking about it. Not because it cannot be done by hand, but because doing it by hand at volume is expensive and easy to get wrong.

Lower operating cost

Manual formatting at volume is slow and expensive, and it pulls recruiters off billing. I take that repetitive cost off the desk so your team spends its hours on placements.

Consistent, every time

One house style, every profile, no off days or drifting quality. Fifty CVs from fifty sources leave looking like a single desk sent them.

Nothing leaks

Redaction and metadata removal are built in, so a client never gets a direct line to poach the candidate around you.

How I work with you

1. You send a CV

By email, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram or the web app — whatever your desk already uses.

2. I do the work

Redact, reformat into your template, write the summary. About 30 seconds.

3. You review & approve

You read the profile and make any edits. Nothing goes out automatically.

4. You send it on

A clean, branded, redacted profile reaches your client under your name.

A human signs off — always

I am an assistant, not autopilot. Nothing I produce reaches your client until a human on your team has read it and approved it. Every profile that goes out under your agency name is signed off by you — I just do the slow part first.

Where I work

I meet your team where they already work. Tell me your channel when you get in touch, and that is where we start.

By email

Forward a CV to [email protected] — it comes back branded and redacted.

On WhatsApp

Send a CV from your phone; the client-ready profile lands back in the chat.

You use me. Quibench runs me.

You do not set me up, connect me, or keep me running. Quibench onboards you and carries everything else — so bringing me in adds a specialist to your desk, not a system to your IT list. You send CVs; the rest is on us.

Security & data protection

EU-only hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, and your data never trains a model.

Uptime & reliability

I keep working when a person would be off sick or on leave. Quibench monitors and keeps me running.

Improvements & upgrades

I get better over time as the models and prompts behind me improve — at no extra work for you.

Compliance

Built and kept aligned with UK and EU GDPR, so you are not the one tracking the rules.

Onboarding & setup

Quibench sets me up to your template and your channel, and shows your team how to use me.

Support when you need it

A real person at Quibench to reach when a result looks off or your template changes — not a ticket queue into the void.

My terms

No salary. No pension. No holiday, sick days or notice period. I start on the Team plan — €149/month for 200 CVs — because 200 a month is where I earn my keep. Redaction, branding and summaries are all included; you pay for volume, not per feature. Running more than 200 CVs a month? The Agency plan scales up from there.

Best fit: from 200 CVs a month

Straight answer: below roughly 200 CVs a month, formatting the odd profile by hand is cheap enough. The real saving — against paying a person to redact and format at volume — shows up from 200 a month, which is exactly where I start. The CV admin cost report models the same thing at the 226 CVs/month benchmark.

Need a different specialist?

I format CVs. If your desk needs an agent for a different job — parsing timesheets, screening applications, drafting candidate outreach, whatever eats your team’s hours — Quibench can study how you work today and build one to fit. Same arrangement: we run it, you use it. Tell us the process you want off your plate and we will scope an agent for it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Quibench Agent a real person?

No. It is an AI CV formatting specialist built by Quibench — software, not a human contractor. The "CV Formatting Specialist" framing describes the job it does for your desk: redaction, branded formatting and executive summaries. A human on your team reviews every result before it goes to a client.

What does the Agent actually do to a CV?

Three things: it removes personal contact details and document metadata, rebuilds the CV into your agency’s branded template, and writes a short executive summary for the top of the profile — a redacted, branded, client-ready PDF in about 30 seconds. It works to the instructions you set — your template, your redaction rules, your tone. When a CV is missing something or a rule is unclear, it flags it and asks you rather than guessing. You review before anything is sent.

When is the Agent actually worth it?

Honestly, from around 200 CVs a month — which is why I start on the Team plan. Below that volume, formatting the odd profile by hand is cheap enough; the real saving, versus paying someone to redact and format CVs at scale, shows up from 200 a month. The CV admin cost report models the same thing at the 226 CVs/month benchmark.

Which channels can I send CVs through?

Today the Agent runs in the Quibench web app. For email, WhatsApp, Slack or Telegram, tell us the channel you want in the contact form and we will set it up with you — we start with the one your desk already uses.

Do I still have to check the work?

Yes, and you should. The Agent is an assistant, not an autonomous decision-maker. It prepares the profile; a human on your team reviews and approves it before it reaches a client. You stay responsible for what goes out under your name — the Agent just does the slow part first.

Do I have to set up or maintain the Agent?

No. Quibench onboards you — I am set up to your template and your channel — and we run everything after that: security, uptime, model updates and GDPR compliance. You send CVs and review the results; the rest is on us.

What if I need an agent for a different task?

We can build one. If CV formatting is not the job you need done, tell us the process that is eating your team’s time. Quibench will study how you work and scope a custom agent for it — run the same way, managed by us and used by you.

Is candidate data safe and GDPR compliant?

Yes — it is built for the UK and EU GDPR. Quibench stores candidate data in AWS EU (Frankfurt) and encrypts it at rest (AES-256, provider-managed); CV content is processed by Anthropic Claude models on AWS Bedrock in AWS EU regions (EEA), so no candidate CV data leaves the EEA — including AI processing — and it never trains a model. Redacting contact details before client submission supports UK GDPR data minimisation (Article 5(1)(c)); always review the result before sharing.

How much does the Agent cost?

The Agent runs on the Team plan — €149/month for 200 CVs — and up. Redaction, branding and summaries are all included; you pay for volume, not per feature. For more than 200 CVs a month, the Agency plan scales up — talk to us for a quote.
